It's a bit stream-of-consciousness (as the title warns), but there's a good deal of sense in it. Feminism isn't about knowing the answers, it's about trying to find them.
And you're right about that fundamental problem. There are feminist theorists who have posited that full equality will only be possible when all babies are grown in vitro - a stance that at least proposes a solution, rather than shaking its fist at the slings and arrows of outrageous biology, but... well, rather than writing yet another essay in a comment, I'll just say I find it extreme.
